Ross Hadden

Ross Hadden has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in HR and organizational development. Ross has held various roles in different companies, including HR Director at Liontrust Asset Management PLC and Alliance Trust Investments. Ross also worked as an HR Business Partner at Alliance Trust and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Tods Murray LLP and a Management Development Advisor at Scottish Widows. Ross has a breadth of experience across all HR disciplines, including HR strategy and planning, project management, employee relations, recruitment, and training and development.

Ross Hadden attended Boroughmuir High School from 1974 to 1978, during which they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they attended Fife College and obtained a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services.
