Gabriel Porteny

Gabriel Porteny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and strategic business development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Corporate VC by LIP Ventures and LIP Ventures Boutique since November 2022, Gabriel focuses on managing Corporate Venture Capital investments and partnering with corporations to enhance innovation in LATAM. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Croquetero.com, Gabriel established the leading pet product e-commerce platform in Mexico. Early career experiences include an MBA internship at The Home Depot's Strategic Business Development group and an associate role at Pablo Rión y Asociados, providing M&A advisory services. Gabriel holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
