Customer Support Team Lead at LipaLater

Victor Tsinalo has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Victor began as an Emergency Dispatcher at E-plus Emergency Services before transitioning to a Customer Service Representative at CCI Kenya in 2017. In 2022, they joined Lipa Later Group as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead and currently holds this role.

Victor Tsinalo received a Diploma in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Mount Kenya University - MKU in 2016. Victor then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university in 2018. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from HubSpot Academy in November 2022, one in Inbound and one in Inbound Sales.
