Morgan Brown

Morgan Brown is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lipocine. Prior to this, they were with The CFO Leadership Council from September 2013 to January 2022. Morgan has also held positions as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., World Heart, Inc., and CRI Lifetree. Morgan Brown started their career in 1993 as a Senior Manager - Audit at KPMG US and has since held various finance-related positions at NPS Pharmaceuticals and other companies.

Morgan Brown has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah State University. Morgan also attended Skyline High School.
