Kimberly Lisiak Fraleigh

Kimberly Lisiak Fraleigh, MA, LSSBB, serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Lippert Components, overseeing Leadership and Culture Development for approximately 3,000 team members across 26 locations. With extensive experience in executive coaching, training, and talent development, Kimberly has facilitated over 2,000 hours of leadership training and conducted more than 2,700 hours of executive coaching for over 330 leaders. Previously, Kimberly held various roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, including Manager of Training & Content Development and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO, where Kimberly contributed to significant organizational initiatives and impact. Kimberly is a successful entrepreneur, founding a tutoring business aimed at enhancing educational outcomes for students with learning disabilities, and has acquired robust academic credentials from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Arts in Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.
