Tim Widner

Tim Widner has a diverse work experience in the glass and window industry. Tim served as the Vice President of Glass and Transparent Plastics at Lippert Components starting in 2018. In 2019, they became an Advisory Board Member at SolarWindow Technologies Inc. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2018, they were the Partner & General Manager at Cleer Vision Tempered Glass (CVTG). Before that, they worked as a Management Consultant, providing interim management, crisis management, and strategic technical services to glass and window organizations. Tim was also the VP of Manufacturing Operations at Republic Windows & Doors from 1998 to 2009, where they oversaw various glass operations and all manufacturing operations. Tim Widner started their career as a Plant Manager/Management Trainee at Arch Aluminum and Glass Co in 1995, where they gained experience in all aspects of commercial glass and aluminum storefront operations.

Tim Widner attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus on International Business. From 2005 to 2008, they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
