Wendy Blodgett-Verdouw

Wendy Blodgett-Verdouw, PHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Lippert since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and enhancing employer branding. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Human Resources Director at ABLE, Inc. from June 2021 to May 2023, successfully increasing applicant flow and reducing turnover while overseeing various HR functions and policies. Wendy's earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Hearth & Home Technologies and as a Regional Manager at Corporate Services, Inc., where extensive recruitment and operational management were key focuses. Wendy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Capella University and an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing from Rock Valley College.
