Hailey Scherer

Hailey Scherer is a Senior Consultant in Innovation Strategy at Lippincott with a focus on agile methodologies and client collaboration since January 2021. Previously held positions include UX Research & Design at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where contributions involved competitive analysis and user testing, and Project Manager at DALI Lab, where oversight of a mobile app project for 6AM Health was achieved. As Managing Editor for The Dartmouth Apologia, Hailey led a team to produce a biannual journal, enhancing outreach and organizational efficiency. Additional experience includes roles in education, cognitive science research, and leadership in camp settings. Hailey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science, Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, and graduated from Flint Hill School with honors.
