Holly Oberman

Holly Oberman is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as Partner and Head of People at Lippincott since November 2023. Prior to this role, Holly held various senior positions at Accenture from April 1998 to April 2023, including Director roles in Global HR Business Partnering and Talent Strategy, as well as Senior Manager roles in Sales Excellence and Business Operations. Holly's career began at Chicago Cares as Program Manager, followed by a Project & Production Manager position at RTC. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, with focus areas in Art History and Computer Science.
