Swandi Sitindaon has work experience as a Marketing Executive at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Accounting at PT.SUKSES ABADI ENGINEERING starting from April 2018.

Swandi Sitindaon graduated from Universitas HKBP Nommensen with a degree in sarjana in the field of study of pendidikan ekonomi. Swandi attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
