Dieter Willemyns

Dieter Willemyns is a strategic and results-driven procurement leader with over 20 years of international experience in both direct and indirect spend. Currently serving as Global Director of Indirect Procurement at LIPTON Teas and Infusions since October 2022, Dieter manages a €400M spend portfolio and leads a globally distributed team of eight. Previous roles include Global Head of Procurement – Services Categories at LIPTON, where Dieter successfully guided procurement during Unilever's carve-out and managed a €150M spend. Prior experience encompasses positions at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, AMS Sourcing BV, Delhaize Belgium, and Mars, with responsibilities ranging from strategic sourcing to category management and international negotiations. Dieter holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication from Arteveldehogeschool.
