Patrycja Nowakowska is the Global General Manager at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. Patrycja is also the Founder & CEO of ALCHELAB, a Brand Intervention Company specializing in M&A deals and Brand Growth Acceleration. Previously, Patrycja served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Silatha, focusing on women's emotional well-being through Anchor Meditation. Before that, Patrycja held various marketing and brand management roles at JDE Peet's, Mondelēz International, Smithfield, and The HEINEKEN Company. Patrycja has a solid educational background from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
