Radwa Elsheikh

Radwa Elsheikh serves as the People & Organization Country Lead at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, overseeing the spin-off process from Unilever and the reorganization of the company's identity and culture since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Intellect Executive Programs Director at Intellect-eg.com, Human Resources Director at Sagaci Research, and HR Manager at CARE. Additional positions held include consultancy in Management and Human Resources, and various managerial roles at Lafarge Middle East & Africa and Unilever. Radwa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Alexandria University and has pursued multiple diplomas in Human Resource Management, including studies at The Coaching Academy in the UK and The American University in Cairo.
