Leonardo Alexandre de Geus

Leonardo Alexandre de Geus has a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 at Access Web as a Mobile Developer. Here, they created an app called Mobilize-se as part of a partnership with Abert. In 2017, they joined T-Systems do Brasil as a Mobile Developer, where they worked on projects related to iOS and Artificial Intelligence. Leonardo Alexandre also worked on the implementation of an app that provided data reports from the factory floor. In 2019, they became a Senior iOS Developer at James Delivery, where they worked on the restructuring of the project for modularization and scalability, as well as configuring the workflow of the company's apps on the CI/CD Bitrise platform. In 2020, they joined PicPay as a Tech Manager, leading the Transactions PJ squad and later the Cash PJ squad. Leonardo Alexandre conducted regular 1:1s, feedbacks, and PDIs for iOS, Android, and PHP developers. Finally, in 2021 they joined Liqi Digital Assets as a Group Product Manager, where they are responsible for organizing and strategizing products, particularly the B2B Tokenize strategy. Leonardo Alexandre has also restructured the squad and its vision to become the largest tokenizer in the country.

Leonardo Alexandre de Geus has a diverse educational background. From 2019 to 2021, they attended FAE Centro Universitário and earned a Pós-Graduação in Planejamento e Gestão de Negócios. From 2014 to 2018, they studied Mecatrônica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. In 2017, they attended Université catholique de Lille and studied Current Practices in Renewable Energy. Leonardo Alexandre also attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2015 to 2016 and earned a BEPiD - Brasilian Education Program for iOS Development in Desenvolvimento de aplicativos para IOS. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as Tera, Mirago Marketing Digital, Udemy, Coursera, XP Educação, LinkedIn, DataCamp, Aldeia, and Udemey Academy.
