David Skinner

David Skinner has spent their career in the business world, holding various positions at different companies. David is currently an advisor at Liquid Avatar Technologies, and they have also served as the Executive Vice President at Merit SI, the Chairman at Energy Water Solutions, and the CEO at Decision Strategies, Inc. Their previous experience also includes time at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, K Carpenter Associates (KCA), and The Institute for Organizational Effectiveness. David has a wealth of experience in leadership and business, and they continue to use their skills to help others achieve success.

David Skinner has an MBA in finance from Oklahoma City University and a BS in economics and finance from Oklahoma State University. David also attended the Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
