Ron Gooch

Ron Gooch has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the retail and automotive industries. Ron has held positions such as Vice President - West at Liquid Environmental Solutions, where they were responsible for collection and transportation in the Western US. At Gander Outdoors / RV, they served as the Service Director, overseeing service operations and managing a large volume dealership. Ron also worked as the Vice President, South-West at Pep Boys, where they had P&L responsibility for 210 service centers and successfully integrated two major acquisitions into the organization. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at TBC Corporation and Sears Holdings Corporation, where they demonstrated strong performance in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing operational improvements. Ron's experience includes roles such as Vice President Retail Store Support, Zone Vice President, District General Manager, Regional Vice President, and District Manager. These roles have given him expertise in strategic planning, continuous improvement, talent acquisition, and P&L management. Ron has consistently achieved growth in sales and has been recognized for their exceptional performance.

Ron Gooch attended Houston Community College from 1989 to 1990, where they pursued coursework in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Ron obtained certification from the Institute for Applied Management and Law, and also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
