Tim Walsh

Tim Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tim most recently worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Liquid Instruments since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal FPGA Engineer at ATOMOS starting from November 2020. Tim also worked at Solinnov Pty Ltd as a Snr Embedded Engineer from May 2020 to July 2020. Tim spent a significant portion of their career at Blackmagic Design, where they were a Snr Hardware Engineer from December 2012 to May 2020. Tim also had experience as a Snr Design Engineer at Nitero from July 2011 to November 2012, where they specialized in high-speed wireless design and signal processing. Tim began their career as a Research Engineer at NICTA in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Tim's early professional experience includes working as an Engineer at AOFR Pty Ltd from 2000 to 2003.

Tim Walsh earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The Australian National University from 1996 to 1999. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Microelectronics at RMIT University.
