Leonard Langat is a seasoned professional in the field of optical fiber planning and design, currently serving as Fiber Planning Manager at Liquid Intelligent Technologies since January 2018. Leonard’s expertise encompasses optic fiber cable surveying and various design frameworks including MPLS, SDH, and GPON, along with proficiency in GIS platforms. Prior experience includes positions as Site Engineer/Land Surveyor at Autoland Surveys, Site Design Engineer at Huawei Technologies, and Network Planning Engineer at Kenya Data Networks, highlighting a strong background in optic fiber design, GIS documentation, and network planning. Leonard holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Mapping from the University of Nairobi.
