Zachary Rymland

Zachary Rymland is a seasoned designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in architectural design and technical animation. Currently serving as the Owner, Principal, and Lead Designer at Berkeley Dezign since June 2022, Zachary has established a focus on residential design and permit assistance, particularly for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Prior to this, Zachary founded Liquid Pictures in April 1993, a technical animation studio catering to various industries including forensic and biomedical fields. Zachary's career began with AZ-TECH, the predecessor to Liquid Pictures, followed by roles as Project Manager at CADP Associates and Construction Administrator at Robinson Mills and Williams. Zachary co-founded A Through Z Property Improvement and Repair, contributing to high-end residential remodeling projects. Academic credentials include a BA in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completion of high school at the Urban School of San Francisco.
