Aspen Kron

Aspen Kron currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Liquid Web, where the focus is on enhancing customer relationships, service levels, and systems. Aspen joined Liquid Web after five years of consulting on various projects, initially contributing to customer experience improvements for the Nexcess brand. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Customer Operations at Cbeyond, where Aspen leveraged technology to enhance customer satisfaction, and as an IT Consultant at Accenture, leading large-scale transformation programs for major telecommunications clients. Aspen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
