Walter Stubbs

Walter Stubbs is an experienced professional with a strong background in product strategy and customer support management. Currently serving as a Product Strategist at Liquid Web since October 2023, Walter is responsible for developing the strategic vision for the Product Team and Product Roadmap. Previously at Teleport, Walter held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Technical Support Engineering, where a new customer support model was created, and Manager of Customer Success, overseeing a team that improved customer engagement and saved costs. Walter's earlier experience includes positions at Rackspace Technology, where leadership over various support teams and process improvements was emphasized, as well as a role as Director of Hospitality at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Walter's academic credentials encompass degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing from The University of Texas Permian Basin and The University of Texas at San Antonio.
