Anthony Romagnole

Mr. Romagnole has extensive experience in process improvement, customer-focused strategy development, customer relationship management and executive “dashboard” implementation. He has worked for or consulted with leaders across a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, government, and industrial and consumer products.

Mr. Romagnole was the founder of CVI Consulting, a group that specializes in strategy and implementation founded on customer and competitor analyses. Previously, he was Vice President of Juran Institute, a pioneer in quality management, and Vice President of a national security services company, where he managed the turnaround and growth of the Western US region. For five years, he served as a lecturer at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business as part of the graduate course on Service Management.

Mr. Romagnole has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
