Thomas Conwell CMIR began their career as a Senior Project Manager at DoveBid Inc in 2002. From 2004 to 2012, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Solutions at GoIndustry-DoveBid plc. In 2012, they joined Liquidity Services as the Vice President of Account Management, where they worked closely with Fortune 500 companies. During their tenure, Liquidity Services acquired Go-Dove, and Thomas continued to expand their reach through the company's tools and teams. In 2016, they became the Global Vice President of Direct Sales in the Capital Assets Group, leading a team that sold complex assets globally. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Vice President and General Manager, overseeing the Americas Industrial Markets Team within the Capital Assets Group. After a successful career, Thomas retired from Liquidity Services in October 2021.
Thomas Conwell CMIR attended Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 1990 to 1991. Although the field of study is not specified, it can be inferred that Thomas Conwell pursued some form of education during this time. Prior to that, from 1972 to 1974, they attended City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their educational background, Thomas Conwell has obtained certifications in investment recovery and equipment appraisal. In 2002, they obtained the AEA certification from the AEMA Association of Equipment Machinery Appraisers. More recently, in 2013, they obtained the CMIR certification from the Investment Recovery Association, making him a Certified Manager of Investment Recovery.
