David Bitton

David is a corporate lawyer, specializing in various aspects of commercial law, including corporate, securities, M&A, investments, and financing transactions. Prior to Liquidity, David worked as an associate at a top leading commercial law firm in Israel. David holds an LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
