Bryan Gray, CAMS

Bryan Gray has extensive work experience in compliance roles. Bryan currently holds the position of VP of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at Liquidly since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Manager at Forge from February 2021 to September 2022. Bryan also served as a Compliance Officer at SharesPost from February 2021 to February 2022. Bryan started their career as a Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2013 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as a Manager at Target from January 2012 to January 2013. Throughout their career, Bryan has developed a strong background in compliance and regulatory matters.

Bryan Gray, CAMS, completed their high school education at Georgetown High School from 2007 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Bryan then pursued further education at Texas Tech University, specializing in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their formal education, Bryan also obtained several certifications. Bryan received the ACAMS certification from ACAMS in May 2022. In November 2016, they obtained the Series 63 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and in October 2015, they obtained the Series 6 certification, also from FINRA. Bryan has yet to acquire the Series 24 and Series 7 certifications.
