Allan D'Gracia

Allan D'Gracia has a diverse work experience in the financial and operations sectors. Allan started their career at Ontime Ops as an Operations Analyst, where they focused on improving service desk operations and conducting team audits. Allan later advanced to the role of Operations Manager, leading meetings with client stakeholders and implementing process improvements. In 2019, Allan joined Liquidnet as a Network Operations Center Engineer, overseeing network operations. Allan then joined Gemini as a Critical Operations Analyst, where they demonstrated their expertise in critical operations. Allan is currently working at Liquidnet as a Jr. Algo Support, responsible for resolving issues and managing communication with trading staff.

Allan D'Gracia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Iona University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hunter College in 2008.
