Michael Pisani

Michael Pisani has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career in 1995 at Dow Jones Newswires, where they served as the Manager of Dow Jones News Wires (Ticker) Support. During their time there, they played a crucial role in supporting foreign and domestic IT systems and developing a VB application for transmitting tabular data electronically, giving Dow Jones a competitive edge.

In 1997, Pisani joined Investment Technology Group, Inc. as the Director/Manager of Trading Solutions Support. In this role, they led a 23-member team distributed across seven locations and was responsible for global client-facing product implementation and support. Michael successfully centralized all support teams, created a standardized global implementation model, and developed remote desktop client software servers to support both large and mid-sized clients.
