Aaron Sobel

Aaron Sobel has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in multiple companies. Aaron is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. In this role, they lead a team and oversees HR operations across multiple locations. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PROENERGY, where they were responsible for developing HR strategy and leading various HR functions. Aaron also held senior HR roles at Diamond Offshore, Dean Foods, Honeywell, and CIGNA HealthCare, where they gained experience in areas such as talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Aaron Sobel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Organization Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Computer Science from Trinity College. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained certifications such as Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Aaron is also a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), with Distinction, awarded by the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). Aaron's other certification is a Health Insurance Associate (HIA) from the AHIP.
