Andrew Mihal is an experienced IT service management professional with a strong background in incident, change, configuration, and asset management processes. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Management at LCBO since October 2018, Andrew oversees critical operations, including leading major incident management and root cause analysis, as well as enhancing ServiceNow processes.
