MacKenzie Anderson

Mackenzie Anderson serves as Legal Counsel specializing in Labour and Employment at LCBO since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mackenzie worked at Shields O'Donnell MacKillop LLP as a Labour and Employment Associate from September 2021 to February 2022 and as an Articling Student from September 2020 to June 2021. Mackenzie's experience includes serving as the Head of Talent and Co-creator at the Conflict Analytics Lab, a consortium focused on data science and machine learning in dispute resolution, from August 2019 to September 2020. Mackenzie also held the position of Summer Student at Shields O'Donnell MacKillop LLP in mid-2019 and led a Pro Bono project on Accessibility in the Workplace from September 2017 to April 2019. Mackenzie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from McGill University.
