Michelle Farrugia

Michelle Farrugia is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in claims management and occupational rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at LCBO since February 2015, Michelle has previously held roles as a Human Resources Generalist at SAF Holland and Human Resources Professional at Electro-Motive Diesel. Notable achievements include maintaining a NEER rebate position resulting in $2.1 million in rebates, achieving over 2 million hours without a lost time injury, and leading efforts in assessing compensation claims and developing statistical tracking systems.
