Rafik Louli

Rafik Louli has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as Vice President of the Retail Operations Division at LCBO, a position held since June 1997, following a series of progressively responsible roles including Senior Vice President, Regional Director for both Central and Western Regions, and Director of Wines. Prior to joining LCBO, Rafik Louli managed stores at Zellers and served as a District Manager at Biway Stores Ltd. In addition to retail experience, Rafik Louli was an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Retail Advertising & Marketing Club Canada from September 2010 to September 2012. Educational achievements include programs at Ivey Business School and Queen's University, focusing on finance, operations leadership, industrial relations, and financial planning, alongside a specialist degree in management from the University of Toronto.
