Rick Carville

Rick Carville is a seasoned cybersecurity and information technology professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity and Information Technology at LCBO since September 2002. In this role, Rick leads the Cyber Security team, refines the Security Strategy, and manages the information security program to mitigate cyber security risks. Previously held positions at LCBO include Manager of Cyber Security, Manager of Project Management Office, and Sr. Systems Analyst, where Rick implemented best practices in project management and was responsible for significant IT budget oversight. Prior experience includes serving as an Auxiliary Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police, contributing to community safety initiatives, and holding various technical support roles at Keating Technologies Inc. Rick holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Devry Institute of Technology and has been an active member of the Justin Sherwood Scholarship Fund board.
