Supply Chain & Wholesale Initiatives Lead at LCBO

Siva Shankar has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Siva is currently working as the Supply Chain & Wholesale Initiatives Lead at LCBO since July 2022. Previously, they served as the Director - Digital Operations at PwC Canada from July 2021 to April 2022.

Prior to that, Siva worked at Stellium Inc from March 2020 to June 2021 as the Director - NA Supply Chain & Canada Market. Siva also held the positions of Associate Director - Digital Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IoT from October 2018 to February 2020, and Practice Leader from December 2015 to September 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for supply chain consulting, solution architecture, innovation, and product management. Siva successfully designed and managed the development of supply chain software products, led a team of consultants for global logistics efficiency, conceptualized and set up Industry 4.0 innovation labs, and implemented automated warehouses.

In addition, Siva worked as the Head - Reverse Logistics at Snapdeal in 2015 and held various roles at ITC Limited from 2008 to 2014, including Assistant Manager - Warehouse Projects, Assistant Engineer - Projects, Executive Engineer - Utilities, and Process Engineer.

Siva Shankar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology, spanning from 2003 to 2008.

Later, Siva Shankar pursued a Master's Degree in Finance and Operations from the Indian School of Business, which took place from 2014 to 2015.

Additionally, Siva Shankar has obtained several certifications, including "An Enterprise Architect's View on SAP Business Technology Platform" from SAP in March 2021, "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and various other certifications in fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, cloud architecture, digital transformation, and innovation. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in December 2019.
