Penny Macpherson currently serves as the Managing Director for Publicis Groupe Africa's Durban hub, leading the Publicis One Touch initiative for NIVEA's global marketing transformation. With extensive experience in digital brand development and strategic consulting, Penny has managed Liquorice Africa's Durban office since 2011, overseeing notable clients including OMO, Sunlight, and Vaseline. Previous roles include Marketing and New Business Director at ePages.net, where responsibilities encompassed project management and client consulting, and co-founding Mozaic Digital Design. Penny holds an MBA in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a BA in Graphic Design from Stellenbosch University.
