Sasha Clynes

Sasha Clynes, DrPH, MA, currently serves as a Behavioral Designer at Lirio, beginning in December 2023. Previously, experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where responsibilities included designing research studies and ensuring ethical compliance. As Wellness Strategy Manager at The Vitality Group Inc., strategic support was provided for health and wellness programs. Additional roles encompassed health coaching as Principal and Owner of Small Steps to Great Health, program administration for over 6,000 employees at Direct Energy, and wellness consulting for diverse clients at Gallagher Benefit Services. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Public Health in Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master’s degree in Health Education and Promotion from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Psychology and Science in Human Culture from Northwestern University.
