Craig McKinney

Craig McKinney is an experienced Lean Director at Lippert, where responsibilities include leading Lean projects and trainings to enhance operations across multiple locations since November 2020. Previous roles at Lippert include Director of Lean Lippert Aftermarket and Lean Manufacturing Manager, focusing on project management and process improvements. Prior to Lippert, Craig held various positions at Micron Technology, including Senior Program Manager and BE Cost and Component Engineer, where contributions were made towards cost-reduction strategies and global procurement efficiencies. Additional experience includes project management at Springs Fabrication, project coordination, and training in Lean manufacturing at US Synthetic. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Science in Organizational Performance Workplace Learning from Boise State University.
