Steven Mahadeo has a diverse work experience. Steven started their career in 2012 as a Help Desk Technician at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Then, they worked as a Cisco Netrider at the NYC Department of Education from September 2012 to July 2013. In 2013, they joined Best Buy as a Personal Computer Consultant until February 2015. After that, they joined Sprint as a Team Supervisor, where they worked for five years until February 2020. Currently, they are employed at LISS Technologies as a Help Desk Client Services representative.

Steven Mahadeo earned their degree in Network Security from CUNY New York City College of Technology, where they studied Information Technology. Steven attended the college from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Thomas A Edison Career And Technical High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Cisco CCNA with a focus on Cisco and IT. Along with their educational qualifications, Steven also obtained several additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained Microsoft Office 365 certification from Microsoft. In 2010, they received the IC3 Digital Literacy Certification from the NYC Department of Education. Furthermore, in 2017, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) certification from Cisco.
