Brian Correia has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2012. At Best Buy, they were a Multi-Channel Sales Supervisor and a Back Office Lead from 2012-2014. From 2014-2016, they worked at Netflix as a Technical Support Representative and a Global Support Representative. During this time, they were responsible for receiving inbound escalations from team leads, providing direct customer contact for advanced technical troubleshooting, using ticket management systems, updating/creating help center articles and knowledge base articles, and creating and maintaining SOP and troubleshooting databases. Brian then worked at Uber as a Partner Support Specialist from 2016-2018. In 2018, they began working at Geeks Who Drink as a Quizmaster and AV Tech. Brian is currently employed at Listen Technologies, where they are a Technical Services Lead, Applications Test & Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Services Specialist.

Brian Correia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University between 2007 and 2012. Brian also holds a certification from Uber as a Qualified Supporter of a Harassment-Free, Green Workplace Culture.
