Valerie Baumgart

Valerie Baumgart is an experienced professional with a background in project management and real estate. Currently serving as Project Manager at CK2 Contracting Inc. since August 2022, Valerie also operates as a Real Estate Broker for Listing Leaders since March 2020, focusing on residential, commercial, and investment properties in Indiana. As the Business Owner of Heartland Homes Design Build, LLC since June 2016, Valerie specializes in the redevelopment of single-family and small multi-unit properties in need of extensive repairs. Previously, Valerie held the position of Project Manager at Elston Window & Wall, LLC from February 2008 to April 2016, where significant contributions were made to establish satellite operations in Philadelphia. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago.
