Thomas Foy

Thomas Foy began their work experience in 2010 as a Wayleave Officer, upgrading the HFC television and broadband network in Dublin. Thomas then transitioned to the role of Logistics Manager, overseeing the setup and management of a new warehouse for UPC's network in Ireland. In 2014, they became the Assistant Contracts Manager for Actavo's Power Division, issuing daily work to linesmen and preparing progress reports. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Logistics Manager for Actavo's operations in Trinidad and Tobago, managing the supply chain for a FTTH network build. Thomas later took on roles as the FTTH Reconciliation Project Manager and FTTH Construction Manager for Digicel's network build. In 2016, they were responsible for the rollout of a new Work Force Management system in Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago. In 2017, they joined Belize Telemedia Limited as the FTTx Passive Layer Project Manager, overseeing the construction of a National Broadband Plan. In 2019, they joined KN Circet as a Project Manager, and in 2021, they joined Lit Fibre as the Delivery Manager before being promoted to Head of Business Operations and subsequently Head of Delivery.

Thomas Foy earned a Bachelor's Degree in BEng Building Services from Technological University Dublin, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in MSc. Energy Management at Technological University Dublin from 2009 to 2010.
