Born in Niigata. Joined LITALICO Inc. as a new graduate in 2012. After working as a supporter, supervisor, and director of teaching materials and services at LITALICO Junior, he established the LITALICO Institute. He engages in research and development for quality assurance of services, commercialization, and research that leads to policy proposals. He has a master's degree (interdisciplinary informatics). In October 2020, he became an executive officer. He is the director of the quality management office.
