Oleg Meshcheryakov

Oleg Meshcheryakov is a senior asset economist and refinery planner with extensive experience in the oil refining sector. Currently employed at LITASCO SA since January 2015, Oleg oversees the company's oil refinery assets, including ISAB, ZR (a joint venture with Total), LNB, and PLK. Prior to this role, Oleg worked at LUKOIL from July 2012 to 2014 as a refinery planner in the Planning department, managing several refinery assets such as PNOS, NORSI, VNPZ, and UNPZ. Oleg started their career at Gazprom Neft, serving as the head of CDU/VDU units and a shift operator at the Moscow oil refinery from July 2006 to 2012. Oleg holds an engineer's degree in oil and gas refining from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and a master's degree in economics and social policy from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
