Sareen Madhiyan, bringing with him his industry experience of more than 15 years, now Leads the Punjab Grill leam in Delhi. He was successfully heading the kitchen at the well-received progressive Indian kitchen & bar - Tappa, Aerocity, and Punjab Grill Tappa located in Delhi NCR- an initiative by Lite Bite Foods. Sareen ventured into the hospitality industry to lend a fresh and focused approach to the dining experience in the country. Having worked with some of the finest brands in the hospitality sector before joining Lite Bite Foods.

Witnessing the culinary culture abroad, Sareen brings a gamut of progressive Indian Cuisine to Punjab Grill Khan Market, while using inspirations from cuisines across the globe. He enjoys the fast-paced lifestyle the city has become synonymous with and attributes it to helping him prioritize easily which in turn has worked out well when it comes to drafting innovative recipes as well as delivering consistently on them. He gives due credit to his team each of whom uses their individual strengths to achieve collective goals and this is what makes them a success.
