Dorrie Francis has a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with experience in various managerial roles. From 2005 to 2013, Dorrie worked at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours as a Senior QA and Technical Services Manager. In 2013, they joined Litehouse Foods Inc as a Quality Assurance Manager, and later became the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Dorrie holds the position of Vice President of Technical Services at Litehouse Inc.
Dorrie Francis has a strong academic background with a focus on Psychology and Food Science. Dorrie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California at Northridge from 1997 to 1999. Later, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Food Science from Kansas State University from 2007 to 2009.
