Ashley Gibbs

Ashley Gibbs has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Ashley is currently serving as the Director of Product Advisors - Firm Intelligence at Litera, where they lead a team and acts as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects. Prior to this, they worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they collaborated across the organization to introduce transformative capabilities. Before that, they worked at Foundation Software Group as a Customer Success Manager, assisting law firms in implementing technical efficiencies. Ashley also worked at Dechert LLP for several years, taking on roles such as Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant, where they focused on operational goals and successfully launched various systems and processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Aquahab Physical Therapy and as an Administrative Assistant at Lower Merion Counseling Services of Resources for Human Development.

Ashley Gibbs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute in 2021 and as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2020.
