Brett Maurer

Brett Maurer is an accomplished leader in mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of M&A and Integration at Litera since May 2021, Brett has successfully led over 10 acquisitions, significantly enhancing annual recurring revenue through strategic inorganic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accenture, where Brett managed high-profile merger integrations and developed comprehensive M&A playbooks. Additional roles encompass management consulting at PRP and founding non-profit and educational initiatives. Brett holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and History from UC San Diego, complemented by studies at ESSEC Business School and The University of Hong Kong.
