Carl Gillert

Carl Gillert is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Litera since April 2024, Carl previously held the CFO position at Exostar, successfully leading the firm to an exit in November 2023. Their prior roles include CFO at T2 Systems, where Carl drove a successful exit to a public acquirer in December 2021, and VP of Finance & Treasury at Syniverse, overseeing a global finance team. Carl also has experience in leadership positions at HD Supply, The Home Depot, Hughes Supply, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educationally, Carl holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
