Derek Malyczewskyj is a seasoned professional in product support management, currently serving as Manager of Product Support at Litera since September 2021, where leadership of an international team of up to 23 support professionals has been instrumental in delivering assistance for five legal-tech SaaS products. Notably, Derek led the successful transition of support functions following Litera's acquisition of Kira Systems, where prior experience as Client Support Manager involved building a 24/7 support team for an AI-based B2B SaaS product and earning five international customer service awards, including three Stevie Awards and two CSS World Awards.
