Justin Nuzum, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Support and Services at Litera since June 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Vice President of Global Customer Success at Conga from July 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Success team and managing Technical Success motions for enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue outcomes. From July 2019 to July 2023, Justin was Vice President of Support and Services at Pendo.io, overseeing critical customer experience components and significantly growing the Technical Account Management group. Earlier experience includes various roles at Citrix from February 2013 to July 2019, culminating as Director of Support and Service Delivery, where Justin focused on improving customer support operations. Justin obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University.
